Google Analytics: Audience > Demographics > Language reports visits having "c"

Hello GA users,

You might have seen (not set) as the value for dimensions within each of these dimension groups such as:
Advertising: Campaign, Ad Group, Keyword, Match Type, etc.
       Content: Landing Page
Visitors: Flash Version, Screen Colors, Language, etc

(not set) is a placeholder name that Analytics uses when it has not received any information for the dimension you have selected. You might have referred What the value (not set) means

Recently, one of my friend Victor noticed lots of visits having "c" as a language code in the Audience > Demographics > Language reports.

So he was just wondering and questions in his mind that What kind of language can it be? Is it some kind of an error?

I also don't know what language is this but I can tell you for what type of visitors you are able to see 'c' language. Here is screen capture of the report.

The visitors who are visiting your site through the Network Domain cloud-ips.com , for those visitors you are able to see the language as 'c'. Might be 'c' is representing the Cloud.

Hope this will help you.

Google Analytics included Change History, a log of account changes

Now view the History of account changes

The change history is only available to administrative users of Google Analytics.

Here is a feature update from Google:

There is a new Change History tab at the account level, alongside the Data Sources and Account Settings tabs. Change History maintains a record of activities for the last 180 days.

The Change History lists:

a) Date: This column represents exact date and time (according to your time zone selected while creating profile)  of the activity.

b) Changed By: This column represents which Analytics user performed the activity.

c) Chnage: It reflects the activity (change) you have done by Analytics object (e.g., account, user, profile, goal, filter), and what activity was performed on the object (e.g., added to account, created, deleted)

Here is sample view for you:

By using this information you can investigate if something just mysteriously changed or disappeared, you can open Change History to see exactly what happened when, and who was responsible.
